2025 C2C Rankings Unveiled: A Deep Dive into Our Latest Breakdown & Why Now?
We’ve just released our updated 2025 C2C rankings, and in this article, we break down the key changes, the reasoning behind our decisions, and why now is the perfect time for these updates.
When I first got introduced to the Campus2Canton (C2C) format, it was thanks to Brian Shacochis, the true OG of this space. Brian was incredibly passionate about the format, and that passion was infectious. His energy drew me in, not because of the money or a personal brand—Brian’s enthusiasm was all about the core values of C2C: merging CFF fantasy with dynasty fantasy football and building out both a college side and an NFL side for a complete team.
I still remember Brian creating his own Google Sheets with ADP to help drafters navigate this format—it was a fantastic resource, and I want to make sure he gets the proper credit for inspiring me to dive deeper into C2C leagues. From there, I played in multiple leagues, including winning the first-ever National Championship in the Program C2C Invitational, where top analysts from all over compete. Since then, I’ve gone on to win several C2C leagues, solidifying my place in the format.
I consider myself a purist when it comes to C2C. For me, the ultimate goal is to build a strong college side, not just to compete in the NCAA, but to create a pipeline that feeds into your NFL side. That’s the beauty of C2C. Unfortunately, I’ve seen a shift in how some managers approach the format. Too many are now selling off their top NCAA picks for NFL players, building super teams on the NFL side, and loading up their C2C teams with just CFF production. In my opinion, this cheapens the format, and it frustrates me, but I guess I’m just the old man yelling at the cloud.
For years, patrons asked me to create C2C rankings, but I hesitated. The vast number of players and the constantly evolving college football landscape kept me from diving into the rankings, while I focused on dynasty and devy content. However, after enough pushing from the patrons, I’ve decided it’s time to release them.
In this article, I’ll explain how I ranked the players and dive into my favorite players in the format. You’ll also be able to access the full rankings if you join us today. Along with the C2C rankings, we have devy, dynasty, trade calculators, the Stein Index, and much more. It’s truly worth the money, and I’m grateful for your continued support.
Rankings Explained
When we think of rankings, we typically think of our standard redraft, dynasty, or even Devy rankings, which start at the top and work their way down. C2C, however, isn’t quite like that, in my estimation. In Devy rankings, my job is to determine which players will garner draft capital and give you the biggest return on your investment. These players aren’t scoring fantasy points yet, so it’s more about a value ranking than a production one.
But with C2C rankings, you have to account for everything. You’re considering production on the college side, straight CFF performers, NFL upside, team builds, and so much more.
So, let’s talk about my rankings. And again, if you’re just here for the rankings, scroll down and join us on Patreon or Substack.
For my rankings, I still adhere to the format’s original purpose: building a true pipeline between college and NFL. Because of this, I tend to value Devy assets a little higher than most in the first 120 rankings. If I’m stuck between two players and one has a higher NFL upside, I’ll lean toward that player.
One area I devalue is the tight end position. It’s not that I don’t recognize the value of tight ends, but in this format, I don’t prioritize them very highly. So, you’ll see tight ends working their way down my rankings. They’re in there, but just know that I’m not targeting the postion early.
The running back position is where you can often find value late in drafts. There always seems to be a running back who pops off between rounds 30 and 40. This is a great place to look for value. I also love taking shots on four-star sleepers and three-star freshmen late in drafts. These dart throws can be a goldmine in the long run.
We also do our rankings combined, meaning you’ll see individual rankings, but in 2025, I believe not doing combined rankings for every format is a disservice. This way, when you're on the clock, you’ll know exactly who you should be taking. It’s a labor of love to do these types of rankings, but I truly believe it helps you as a drafter and sets our rankings apart.
Overall, my rankings lean more toward a Devy twist but always with C2C in mind. That said, there are no perfect rankings—this is about team building. I hope these rankings provide a path to help you structure your team for both short-term and long-term success.

Undervalued Players by Round (Premium Access)
Now, let’s dive into some of the most undervalued players you’ll find within the first 45 rounds of a C2C startup draft. I’ve identified over a dozen players who I believe are being overlooked and have the potential to provide excellent value at their current ADP. These players may not always be the flashiest picks, but they’re the ones who can be the difference-makers for your team.
Remember, the rankings below are the full list of players, and this breakdown will help you spot the diamonds in the rough. Let’s get into it!
