C2C Strategy + Start/Sit Guide - Week 11
Winning your college matchups with data, system insights, and waiver wire moves.
Each Wednesday, this article is your one-stop shop for winning the college side of your C2C leagues. From waiver wire gems to start/sit edges and system-driven matchups to exploit, we’re here to give you a weekly blueprint.
We’ll spotlight the best adds, break down usage and matchup data that matter for lineup calls, and identify which offenses are must-targets (and which to avoid). Jay’s Data Corner will also deliver advanced analytics each week to help you sharpen your edge.
If you want to dominate Saturdays while building long-term dynasty value for Sundays, you’re in the right place. Let’s dive in.
🧊 Section 1: Stock Up / Stock Down (Temperature Check)
Tracking player value swings that impact lineups, trades, and long-term outlook.
We’re eight weeks in, and player values are already on the move. Every week brings risers and fallers, but these are the swings that matter most, breakouts you can lean into, and red flags you’ll want to keep an eye on.
Stock Up
QB Julian Sayin, Ohio State
Julian Sayin continues to look like the most complete quarterback in college football and my current QB1 overall in devy rankings.
In Ohio State’s dominant 38–14 win over Penn State, Sayin was surgical once again, completing 20 of 23 passes (87%) for 316 yards and four touchdowns. That performance wasn’t an outlier; it’s become his new standard. Over the past five games, he’s posted an absurd line:
➡️ 120-for-147 (82%), 2,188 yards, 15 TDs, 0 interceptions.
That’s not just efficient, that’s historic. Sayin’s pocket composure, precision, and timing have made Ryan Day’s offense unstoppable. He’s blending NFL-ready mechanics with elite decision-making, rarely putting the ball in harm’s way while maintaining vertical aggression.
Against Penn State, he actually threw more touchdowns (4) than incompletions (3), earning a 91.7 PFF passing grade with multiple big-time throws and zero turnover-worthy plays.
Sayin is no longer just a promising young player, he’s the Heisman frontrunner and the clear blueprint for modern quarterback play. If he sustains this level of dominance, he could be locked in as the 1st overall pick in the 2027 draft.
RB Kewan Lacy, Ole Miss
Kewan Lacy has quietly become one of the most reliable and productive backs in the country and his tape is starting to match the box score. Through eight games, he’s piled up 863 rushing yards on 190 carries (4.5 YPC) with 13 touchdowns, anchoring an Ole Miss offense that leans heavily on his consistency and physicality.
Lacy’s running style is reminiscent of Darren McFadden, explosive, upright, and punishing through contact. He’s generated 632 yards after contact and logged 22 explosive runs, showing the kind of power-speed blend that translates to Sundays. His 85.2 PFF run grade confirms what the eye test already tells us: this is one of the most complete backs in the SEC.
What’s most impressive is how Ole Miss has built around his dependability. He’s handled a true workhorse load while maintaining efficiency, often breaking down defenses late in games. From a draft perspective, he’s starting to build real momentum as a potential Day 2 riser, the kind of back who doesn’t wow you with flash but wins over scouts with durability, toughness, and consistent production.
If he keeps up this pace through November, Lacy could finish as one of the most pro-ready backs in the 2027 class.
