Draft season is the best season. Every year, we spend countless hours debating player values, chasing sleepers, and trying to piece together the perfect roster. But once you’re in the draft room, things move quickly, and having a clear plan makes all the difference. That’s where this article comes in.

I’m breaking down my favorite picks through the first 12 rounds of a 1QB, PPR redraft league using consensus ADP from multiple sites as our guide. To be clear, we’re not building a single roster here. Instead, these are the players who, if available in those rounds and if my roster construction lines up, I’m actively targeting. Think of it as a round-by-round guide to the best values and upside swings on the board. From foundational first-round anchors to late-round difference-makers, here are the players I believe give you the best shot at bringing home a championship in 2025.

1st Round – Dallas Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb

CeeDee Lamb is a smash pick in Round 1 and honestly has a path to finish as the WR1 overall this season. What stands out is that even in a messy 2024 where he played without Dak Prescott for half the season, battled through his own injuries, and dealt with a stagnant Dallas offense, Lamb still put up 101/1,194/6 and finished as WR8. That’s a safe floor for what was essentially a lost year.

Now, everything is lined up for a ceiling outcome. Prescott is back, the Cowboys added George Pickens to prevent constant double coverage, and their offseason moves signaled a clear commitment to the passing game. They didn’t invest in the backfield at all. Combine that with the Micah Parsons trade potentially sinking the defense, and Dallas may be forced into shootouts every week.

We’ve seen this setup before: in 2023, Lamb finished second in the NFL in receiving yards while Dak ranked third in passing yards. This offense is primed for a repeat, and Lamb is right in the middle of it. He’s not just safe in Round 1, he’s the kind of pick who can swing your season.

2nd Round – Las Vegas Raiders TE Brock Bowers

The case for Brock Bowers is simple. He’s already a cheat code at the tight end position. He entered the league as one of the most hyped TE prospects of all time and immediately lived up to it, breaking rookie records across the board. At just 21 years old, he posted 112 receptions for 1,194 yards and five touchdowns, setting the record for most catches by a rookie at any position. That was with Gardner Minshew, Aidan O’Connell, and Desmond Ridder under center, quarterbacks who dragged the Raiders to 27th in passer rating.
